Prohibits operation of airboats on Lake Moultrie from one hour before legal sunset to one hour after legal sunrise

Adds Lake Moultrie to existing list of South Carolina waters with restricted airboat use, including portions of the Waccamaw, Great Pee Dee, Little Pee Dee, Black, Sampit Rivers, Broad River in Richland County, and Stevens Creek in Edgefield County

Exempts law enforcement, emergency medical, civil defense, noxious weed control, military personnel, state and federally approved wildlife banding, surveying, biological research programs, and private waters from the restrictions

Violations are punishable under Section 50-1-130 of the S.C. Code
