Founded Skeeter Branch Duck Hunting Preserve in Lavonia, Georgia with his wife Leila and son Daniel, operating for over two decades and hosting approximately 1,500 hunters annually with 9,000 ducks released each hunting season

The resolution directs that a copy be presented to Bob Cathey in recognition of his dedication to the Anderson community
