Honors Bill Reynolds of Aiken County for his outstanding civic leadership and role as chairman of the "All Hands on Deck" Campaign for Aiken Senior Life Services, which created a financial reserve for the Meals on Wheels program

Reynolds served as chairman of "Celebrate Aiken!" organizing 26 events for the city's 175th anniversary, and led the Friends of Aiken County Library through a multi-million dollar renovation in 2021

Held leadership positions including president of Aiken Center of the Arts, chairman of the City of Aiken Planning Commission (2008-2010), and chairman of the Horse Play community art project featuring 31 decorated fiberglass horses

Received multiple honors including Aiken Standard Person of the Year in 2010 and 2021, and Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year in 2020

Directs that a copy of this concurrent resolution be presented to Bill Reynolds
