Chief Baker implemented centralized dispatch, automatic aid, an EMT program, and technical rescue capabilities, while encouraging personnel to pursue specialized training

Resolution directs that a copy be presented to Chief Bobby Scott Baker in recognition of his career and service to South Carolina
