Grants educators explicit authority to establish classroom rules, remove disruptive or violent students, request immediate administrative assistance, and use reasonable physical force for self-defense or protecting others.

Requires students removed from class for disruptive or criminal conduct to remain out for the remainder of the day and prohibits return until parents acknowledge in writing the conditions for re-entry and consequences for future violations.

Mandates permanent removal of a student from an educator's classroom if the student commits violence against that educator.

Provides legal protections for educators and staff acting under this article, including a rebuttable presumption of good faith and immunity from civil or criminal liability except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or excessive force.

Requires local school district boards to revise student and staff conduct codes to conform with the new article within one year of enactment, with input from parents, staff, students, and community representatives.
