Establishes the Indian Medicaid Managed Care Model taskforce to study creating Indian Medicaid managed care entities as defined under 42 U.S.C. § 1396u-2(h) in South Dakota

Taskforce membership includes representatives from each federally recognized tribe in the state, three state department secretaries (Social Services, Health, Tribal Relations), four legislators, a Bureau of Indian Affairs representative, and three healthcare industry members

Department of Social Services provides administrative support; taskforce members elect their own chair and vice chair at the initial meeting

Taskforce must seek input from state and federal agencies, tribal representatives, healthcare industry, and other stakeholders

Final report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation due to the Governor by December 1, 2028
