Expands the definition of "law enforcement officer" in South Dakota criminal code (§ 22-1-2) to include officers, prosecutors, or employees of Indian tribes

Tribal law enforcement officers qualify when assisting with enforcement of state criminal or highway traffic laws

Tribal law enforcement officers also qualify when aiding in the prevention, detection, or prosecution of crimes committed in South Dakota

Amends existing law that already covered state/federal officers, political subdivision employees, and railroad/airline/airport security personnel
