New schedule begins at $0-$1,200 monthly net income (previously $0-$950) with a minimum base obligation of $52 (previously $79)

Establishes that noncustodial parents incarcerated for more than 180 days must pay no less than the minimum base obligation amount

Retains the requirement that child support obligations are calculated using combined monthly net incomes of both parents, with the noncustodial parent's proportionate share determining the support order amount
