Amends South Dakota statute § 39-4-2 to add cultivated-protein food products to the list of foods legally classified as "adulterated"

Defines "cultivated-protein food product" as food with sensory attributes resembling animal tissue but derived from manufacturing cells, including stem cells initially isolated from agricultural food animals and grown in vitro

Places lab-grown/cell-cultivated meat in the same regulatory category as food containing filth, decomposed substances, poisonous ingredients, or products from diseased animals

Effectively bans the sale and distribution of cultivated meat products in South Dakota by classifying them as adulterated regardless of actual safety or quality
