Adds "doxxing" as a form of stalking: knowingly publishing someone's home, work, or school address or identifying information electronically without consent, with intent to intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress

Creates new crime of felony stalking of a public official (Class 6 felony) for stalking behavior intended to place the official in reasonable fear of death, great bodily injury, or for their safety

Defines "public official" as statewide elected officials, federal or state legislators, federal or state judges/justices, and law enforcement officers

Renames existing "felonious stalking" of children age 12 or younger to "felony stalking of a child" (remains Class 6 felony)

Stalking remains a Class 1 misdemeanor for first offense, with second or subsequent conviction within 10 years elevated to Class 6 felony
