Protects personally identifiable information of current and retired state/federal judges, justices, and law enforcement officers from public disclosure in voter registration files, including home addresses, personal phone numbers, and personal email addresses

Requires the Unified Judicial System to coordinate with federal courts to provide the Secretary of State with lists of protected judges, while the Division of Criminal Investigation provides lists of law enforcement officers

Maintains that city and county of residence for these protected officials remains public record, even when other personal information is withheld

Specifies that social security numbers, driver license numbers, state nondriver ID numbers, and month/day of birth are not open to public inspection for any voter in the master registration file

Clarifies that violations of these protections do not create a private right of action for affected individuals
