Amends South Dakota's open records law (§ 1-27-1.5) to update the list of records exempt from public disclosure requirements

Updates federal law reference dates from previous versions to January 1, 2026 for the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act and Archaeological Resources Protection Act citations

Adds a new exemption (subdivision 29) protecting settlement agreements and litigation records involving county hospitals (chapter 34-8) or municipal hospitals (chapter 34-9) related to medical services

Maintains existing 28 categories of exempt records including student records, medical records, trade secrets, law enforcement investigation records, personnel information, and security-related documents
