Amends § 59-11-25 to provide entities with two options for annual report filing dates: either during the anniversary month of formation, or by January 31st each year beginning the calendar year after formation

Requires entities to select their preferred filing date option on formation documents at the time of entity creation

Allows entities in good standing with the Secretary of State to switch between the two filing date options by submitting a change-of-filing-date form

Exempts banks organized under § 51A-3-1.1 and limited partnerships under chapter 48-7 from these requirements

Effective date: January 1, 2027
