Amends South Dakota law (§§ 38-17-14 through 38-17-19) governing liens for farm machinery operators who process crops including threshing, combining, shelling, baling, mowing, grinding, raking, or pulverizing agricultural products

Requires financing statements to be filed electronically with the Secretary of State within 60 days of completing crop processing, with seven specific pieces of information including names, addresses, amounts due, and service dates

Creates new notification requirements when agricultural products are sold before the lien perfection period expires, requiring sellers to inform purchasers that processing debts remain unpaid

Establishes that the agricultural processor's lien has priority over all other liens if filed within 60 days, and enforcement actions must be commenced within 60 days of filing or the lien terminates

Supersedes 2025 Session Laws chapter 166 as of July 1, 2026, with the substantive provisions taking effect July 1, 2027
