Amends the definition of "electronic smoking device" in South Dakota law (§ 34-46-1) to cover devices containing nicotine or any other substance with nicotine, rather than only nicotine-containing devices

Expands regulatory coverage to include e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, e-hookahs, and vape pens that deliver substances mixed with nicotine, not just pure nicotine products

Removes the word "that" and replaces it with "with nicotine intended for human consumption, which" to clarify the scope of covered devices
