Requires the Governor's Office of Economic Development to submit annual reports on employer investment fund awards and grants by March 1st, expanding recipients from Appropriations Committees to include the Government Operations and Audit Committee, State Affairs Committees, and Commerce and Energy Committees in both chambers

Adds three new reporting requirements: the current fund balance, the status of each research or economic development project, and job creation projections for awards made more than two years prior

Establishes a separate biannual reporting requirement to either the Joint Committee on Appropriations or the special interim committee established in § 4-8A-2

Reports must cover all awards and grants from the employer's investment in South Dakota's future fund (§ 61-5-29.1) made during the previous twenty years
