Amends § 13-32-7 to allow school district employees aged 21 or older with an enhanced concealed carry permit to carry a concealed pistol on school premises after notifying local law enforcement; notification is valid from date of notification through June 30th of each year

Allows any concealed carry permit holder to possess a pistol while inside their motor vehicle on school property or while securing/retrieving a pistol from their vehicle

Maintains existing exemptions for law enforcement officers, school sentinels trained under chapter 13-64, and individuals with enhanced permits who have written permission from the school principal

Grants school districts immunity from liability for any damages or penalties resulting from firearm use by authorized permit holders (those with principal permission or qualifying employees who notified law enforcement)

Removes the specific exemption for nonpublic schools located on church premises, consolidating it under the general exemption for churches and houses of worship
