Extends each waterfowl hunting season by two days exclusively for active duty U.S. military personnel and veterans discharged under conditions other than dishonorable

Directs the Game, Fish and Parks Commission to promulgate rules implementing the extended seasons in accordance with chapter 1-26

Maintains all existing licensure requirements, permit requirements, daily limits, possession limits, and other statutory or regulatory requirements

Adds a new section to chapter 41-6 of South Dakota codified laws governing game, fish and parks
