Adds a new online capability for individuals to verify their organ donor registration status through the state's donor registry system

Restructures the existing online access provisions to clearly enumerate four separate functions: registering as a donor, amending donor status, removing registration, and verifying registration status

Moves the 24/7 availability requirement from the general online access provision to a separate subsection applying specifically to verification and registration functions

Amends § 34-26-67 with minor technical changes replacing "which" with "that" and "shall" with "must" throughout the statute
