Adds "coach of a school activity" to the list of mandatory reporters required to report suspected child abuse or neglect under South Dakota law (§ 26-8A-3)

Mandatory reporters must report when they have reasonable cause to suspect a child under 18 has been abused or neglected, following procedures in §§ 26-8A-6, 26-8A-7, and 26-8A-8

Intentional failure to make a required report constitutes a Class 1 misdemeanor

Joins existing mandatory reporters including physicians, teachers, school counselors, law enforcement officers, nurses, social workers, and child welfare providers
