State agencies must submit reports to the Governor by August 15 each year detailing activities related to tribal governments, including policy changes, communication efforts, and use of American Indian data in programs

Governor must provide a consolidated report to each tribal government by September 15 annually summarizing all state activities relating to tribes for the prior fiscal year
