Amends South Dakota statute § 28-22-6 to define 12 categories of community-based providers eligible for state-funded services

Covered funding sources include federal funding, Medicaid, block grants, state general funds, and other funds allocated by the Department of Social Services or Department of Human Services

Eligible provider types include nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, in-home service providers, group care providers, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, substance abuse treatment providers, and community mental health centers

Adds intermediate care facilities for co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities, community support providers, critical access hospitals, and Federally Qualified Health Centers to the list

Grants the Secretary of Social Services or Secretary of Human Services authority to designate additional provider types as appropriate
