Amends § 12-27-22 to specify campaign finance disclosure filing requirements for six categories of political committees: statewide candidates, legislative/county candidates with party affiliation, statewide PACs, statewide political parties, county political parties and auxiliaries, and statewide ballot question committees

Requires each category to file pre-primary statements, pre-general statements, annual year-end statements, supplemental reports under § 12-27-28 when applicable, and amendments to prior statements when applicable

Political parties losing qualified status must file termination statements by 5 p.m. central time on the last Friday in January following the calendar year status was lost

Statewide ballot question committees reporting no activity for two consecutive reporting periods must submit a termination statement by the second reporting deadline

Effective January 1, 2027; violations constitute Class 2 misdemeanors, with subsequent offenses within the same calendar year elevated to Class 1 misdemeanors
