Repeals § 25-7-6.27, which allowed courts to grant a child support cross credit when children reside at least 180 nights per year with each parent under a shared parenting plan

Removes the provision that calculated shared parenting support by multiplying combined child support by 1.5 and prorating based on each parent's income percentage and overnight time

Retains § 25-7-6.14, which permits courts to grant a 38-66% abatement of basic child support when a child resides with the noncustodial parent 6 or more nights per month

Eliminates the cap that prevented abatements from exceeding the shared parenting cross credit amount

Updates § 25-7-6.28 to remove references to the repealed shared parenting cross credit section while maintaining definitions for when a child "resides" with a parent for overnight counting purposes
