Expands the definition of "public infrastructure" to include excavation, necessary site work, compaction, and land acquisition for single-family or multi-family housing projects

Eligible infrastructure includes water systems, sewer systems, lift stations, streets, roads, bridges, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic signals, and streetlights owned by political subdivisions or federally recognized Indian tribes

Loan amounts from the South Dakota Housing Infrastructure Fund are capped at 50% of the total housing infrastructure project cost

The South Dakota Housing Development Authority may use up to 1% of loan principal amounts to cover administrative expenses
