Secretary of State must post the complete statewide voter registration file to the state website by 11:59 p.m. central time every Monday, with weekly updates reflecting changes to county master registration files

Secretary of State must establish and maintain a rolling five-year historical archive of the statewide voter registration file, published on the website weekly by Monday at 11:59 p.m.

Historical archive data must be made available free of charge to the public

Social security numbers, driver license numbers, state nondriver ID numbers, and month/day of birth are protected from public inspection in the historical archive

Voter registration file information cannot be sold, used commercially, or placed on the internet for unrestricted access except through the official Secretary of State publications; violations are Class 1 misdemeanors with civil penalties up to $2,000 per violation
