Amends South Dakota statute § 23A-35-14 to explicitly include "digital currency" in the definition of "property" subject to search and seizure laws, alongside documents, books, papers, and other tangible objects

Defines "digital currency" as a digital representation of value recorded on a cryptographically secured distributed ledger, blockchain, or similar technology

Authorizes law enforcement to obtain search warrants for digital currency using the same procedures applicable to other forms of property
