Public body meeting agendas must list all items to be considered during official meetings, as required under existing open meeting statutes (§ 1-25-1.1 or 1-25-1.3)

Agenda items must be described in sufficient detail to reasonably inform the public of any official business or public policy to be discussed

Violations of these agenda requirements constitute a Class 2 misdemeanor

Adds a new section to South Dakota Codified Laws chapter 1-25 (open meetings)
