Participants in the South Dakota deferred compensation plan who are at least 59½ years old may now elect to receive in-service distributions while still employed

Distributions for participants meeting the age threshold may be taken in any form permitted under existing plan rules (§ 3-13-80)

Participants who take an in-service distribution may continue making deferrals into the plan

Amends § 3-13-78 to add this new age-based distribution option as a sixth qualifying condition for receiving plan deferrals
