Initial income eligibility for the Partners in Education scholarship set at 200% of the federal free or reduced-price lunch income standard for households entering the program

Students who meet initial eligibility remain income-eligible for three years, or until high school graduation if entering high school, regardless of subsequent household income changes

After the initial eligibility period expires, students may continue qualifying if household income does not exceed 250% of the free/reduced lunch income standard

Students in foster care are automatically eligible regardless of household income

Low-income eligible students are defined as those from households at or below 100% of the free/reduced lunch income standard
