Amends § 34-20G-88.1 to require the Department of Health to submit cardholder and nonresident cardholder information to South Dakota's prescription drug monitoring program under chapter 34-20E

Mandates submission of four data elements for each registry identification card holder: name, physical address, date of birth, and registry identification card number

Exempts homeless applicants from the physical address requirement

Applies to both South Dakota residents and nonresident cardholders in the state's medical cannabis registry program
