Endorses four specific regional water systems: Dakota Mainstem (central/southern eastern SD), Western Dakota (western SD), Lewis and Clark (seeking second expansion authorization), and Water Investment in Northern South Dakota (northern eastern SD)

Encourages coordination among local water systems, the SD Association of Rural Water Systems, the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and federal partners including the Bureau of Reclamation

Directs copies be sent to the Governor, Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, SD congressional delegation, Bureau of Reclamation, and SD Association of Rural Water Systems
