Legislative Description

As enacted, establishes legislative intent concerning priority of services to behavioral health safety net; establishes 19 years of age as the minimum age at which a person qualifies as an adult for purposes of determining which persons qualify as seriously and persistently mentally ill adults for purposes of this bill.
