Legislative Description

As enacted, authorizes the Tennessee local development authority to charge and collect reasonable administrative fees and expenses from local governments under the Wastewater Facilities Act of 1987 and community public water systems under the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund Act of 1997; such fees will not become part of the wastewater facility revolving loan fund or the water system revolving loan fund.
