Legislative Description

As enacted, requires promulgation of regulations authorizing a preference in the evaluation of proposals for state contracts requiring the performance of call center services for vendors through whom such services will be solely provided by citizens of the United States who reside in the United States, or any person authorized to work in the United States pursuant to federal law, including legal resident aliens in the United States; establishes certain requirements regarding participation in national flood insurance program. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7 and Title 12, Chapter 4, Part 1.
