Legislative Description

As enacted, revises the current requirements concerning information that must be contained on the outside of the envelope containing the bid to also require such information be included in an electronic bid; removes criminal penalty for noncompliance and instead authorizes civil penalty of up to $5,000. - Amends TCA Section 62-6-119.
