Legislative Description

As enacted, enacts the "Tanner Lee Jameson Act," which requires that when a school receives its first AED, the school must place the AED in the gymnasium or, if there is no gymnasium, a readily accessible location in an area used for physical education or activity. - Amends TCA Title 49 and Title 68, Chapter 140, Part 7.
