Legislative Description

As enacted, states that the department of children's services may be found to have made reasonable effort if the department's efforts have exceeded the efforts of the parent or guardian to establish a suitable home for the parent or guardian's child. - Amends TCA Section 36-1-102 and Section 37-2-402.
