As introduced, urges the department to undertake an analysis to assist the legislature in determining the future direction of licensing and oversight of methadone maintenance programs and to share any findings, if so undertaken, with the governor and the health and human resources committee of the house and the general welfare, health and human resources committee of the senate. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 11.
