Legislative Description

As introduced, subject to local approval, repeals charter provision requiring treasurer and all department heads to be appointed or confirmed by the board of mayor and aldermen; repeals charter provision vesting city judge with juvenile court jurisdiction concurrent with that of juvenile court judges of the state. - Amends Chapter 79 of the Acts of 1903; as amended.
