Legislative Description

As introduced, subject to local approval, amends the charter to establish the corporate boundaries as those presently fixed by charter; reset the election of mayor and alderpersons from February in odd-numbered years to November every four years; extends the expiration of current terms from February 2011 to December 2012 to meet the November 2012 election. - Amends Chapter 220 of the Private Acts of 1953; as amended.
