Legislative Description

As enacted, allows a functional replacement of real property to serve as continued public ownership and use of an interest in right-of-way property acquired from the department so that such property interest will not revert to the department, if the replacement property is at least equal in fair market value to the property being replaced and subject to the approval of TDOT. - Amends TCA Title 12.
