Legislative Description

As introduced, exempts municipalities and counties from meeting the requirements for funeral directing for burials of human remains in municipally or county-owned cemeteries if no charge is made for the burial and the cemeteries are not operated for profit. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 5, Part 1.
