Legislative Description

As enacted, enacts the "Electric G&T Cooperative Act"; requires TACIR to study whether current wholesale power supply arrangements between TVA and municipal utilities and electric cooperatives likely to change in a way that could affect payment in lieu of taxes from TVA to the state and local governments; makes other changes relative to energy acquisition corporations. - Amends TCA Title 7 and Title 48.
