As introduced, requires any property that the owner or landlord knows has been involved in the manufacture of methamphetamines to be professionally cleaned and the owner or landlord to notify the new occupant before selling or leasing. - Amends TCA Title 66 and Title 68, Chapter 212, Part 5.
