As introduced, requires employers receiving a Tennessee job skills grant filing a final report with the department of economic and community development to report the outcome measurements for the project and the actual cost per person enrolled, trained, hired, and retained in employment in addition to other presently required information. - Amends TCA Section 50-7-451.
