Legislative Description

As enacted, provides that present law pertaining to rented premises unfit for habitation, which was enacted in 2008 and is scheduled to expire July 1, 2009, shall continue until later amended or repealed. - Amends TCA Section 68-111-109 and Chapter 1027 of the Public Acts of 2008.
