Legislative Description

As enacted, authorizes the commissioner of commerce and insurance to promulgate rules that require companies authorized to do business under the insurance laws, with the exception of those that write accident and health insurance, to file in the office of the commissioner an annual statement that provides information concerning the market conduct of the business for that year. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 8.
