As introduced, requires the chief officer of a hospital or other residential service facility to provide notice of admission to a recipient's attorney-in-fact acting under a durable power of attorney for health care; prohibits a treatment review committee from overriding a decision made by the attorney-in-fact. - Amends TCA Title 33.
