Legislative Description

As enacted, authorizes drug testing of students who participate in extracurricular activities if reasonable indications that student may have used or is under influence of drugs; requires LEAs testing students for drugs to have policies and procedures for assisting students testing positive. - Amends TCA Section 49-6-4213.
